Damage on new piece that was installed by repair shop. Also found heavy scratches on the passenger side tail light that I know weren’t there prior to drop off.

Amazing job on my repair! But I honestly wish I was given at least 24 notice that it was ready so I could accommodate dropping off my rental and having a ride to pick my car up.

I wanted some of my old parts back but they threw them in the trash. Other than that they did great work10 out of 10 on fixing my truck 9 out of 10 on communication in the shop.

Everyone was very professional and nice but the communication was awful. That automated system you guys use does not work. It told me my car would be ready on friday at 3pm. Little did i know you guys close at 12, so i returned my rental car and excited to get my car back..only to be let down. Then come monday morning, no one from your staff called to apologize or even give me an update on my car. I had to call.
