As the actual cost was more than double the estimate, I would have appreciated being given some explanation without asking. After asking at Jake’s I did get some “superficial” answers. After I studied the estimate and the final bill st home and knew specific questions I wanted answered, they were full and complete.

Having a tree fall on your car sucks. Dealing with a body shop sucks but Jakes made the process way less sucky. The work was A plus and it was completed on time. Next time the universe decides to spite me, I will choose Jakes Auto Body.

I'm 58 and have seen a few body shops in my life, but Jake’s is by far the Best!! They made the whole process easy. Every day they would text me updates of the progress of my truck a 2017 Silverado! Then they called me to tell me it’s done, I came to pick it up. They buff polished my truck to a brilliant shine and the new fender and headlight looked amazing! Black is the hardest color to make right, it shows all the mistakes. But they made none! They are quick, very clean, I peeked in their shop, it’ looks so clean a Dr could preform surgery in there! They are friendly, hospitable and very knowledgeable! I can’t say enough good things about them! I give Jake’s a 5 star rating!! I highly recommend Jake’s for any and all body and paint work!
