Hertz rental car service in Kingston was absolutely terrible. Received confirmation that there was a car available, and when I showed to pick up a car, I was received with no vehicle and a nasty service provider. I ended up not accessing rental. I understand available is not of the control of service providers, but to receive nastiness from providers is unacceptable. Nice matters! Repair at Jake’s in High Falls was awesome!

I liked being in the loop with the texted progress reports and updates. The staff was friendly, courteous and kind. That is as important to me as the repair of my car. I can easily recommend Jake's to anyone in need of service to their car. Good job!
