Even though we hit the Deer in Benson Ny we chose to drive to Jake’s for our repair due to their excellent reputation. We are extremely satisfied with the outstanding work done on our RAV 4! Due to windshield replacement inspection was removed. When sent to Honda for window collaboration they stated the vehicle failed inspection due to a "head light" code and then tires. I brought thr new tires to jakes where they had another company put them on. Still failed due to needing to be driven for 50 miles. Needless to say I have no inspection and have a 10 day temp and then have to come out of my pocket for another inspection when in fact I belive it was just completed within 6 months...

Caroline was great. The male I spoke with was rude nasty and when he contacted me he had no information other then stating there is something wrong with your transmission call honda... I advised it sounded like a him problem and not me as I brought my vehicle there for cosmetic work not under the hood work.
