I would never recommend nor use Jake’s ever again. I’d rather not as perfect work over being gaslighted, lied to, and feeling unimportant.

The work done looks great, I wanted to go to every rating platform and rate 1 star because I was lied to(changed my mind). 2 months after bringing car to Jake’s to see the damage and work with insurance to “get parts in” after they originally forgot to order, 2 months late got an appt because the “parts were in”. Never ordered the parts until car was in shop, so the 2 month wait was for nothing cause they never even ordered the parts like they said they would, so my idea of driving my busted up car around to have it in the shop minimal amount of time so I didn’t go bankrupt renting a car went out the window. If I was told it was company policy they don’t order parts till car is in shop I would have understood, but I was told I could bring it back when the parts were in. I just hate being lied to, but it’s hard to fault the work because the fix looks amazing.
