Great job. I left for vacation the day after I dropped off my vehicle to Canada and Alaska. I had intermittent internet connectivity, but every time I had internet connectivity I received an update from Joseph. The repairs were completed a few days prior to my return and communications was easy and stress free. The repairs itself is nearly impossible to distinguish, great workmanship. I will continue to use JD Collision for any future repairs. Thanks again.

Joseph was my service advisor and did an amazing job keeping in touch with every step of my vehicle repair. The initial repair was didn't cover all the issues, however, once I called Joseph to let him know, he asked to bring the vehicle right back. I did and Joseph made sure everything was properly repaired. I'd recommend JD Collision to anyone wanting quality work and excellent customer service.

The entire team led by Mr. Joseph Martinez and supported by Nyvette in the front office provided impeccable service from beginning to end. They worked with my USAA Insurance adjuster and kept me informed every step of the way from initial drop off to pick up of my vehicle. The repair work is top notch and after only a few days the repaired vehicle looks and performs like new. Definitely a Five Star experience!
