Jd collision kept me informed on status of my vehicle. Would give me updates weekly or as needed. Joseph was very courteous and professional and kept me informed all through the process. Definitely recommend

From the beginning we rented a vehicle so you could repair our damaged one- our completion date was changed 3 times and it was clear that the texts were arriving a week later than they were written- no clue why- bottom line is we ran out of rental coverage before it was repaired- almost a month with no actual repair work done

However, the automated text messages totally were wrong with time estimates and updates. This was totally frustrating and could be rectified immediately by discontinuing them and going with service manager messages only.

My truck got side swiped brought it TO JD Collision, they checked it out . A week later I got it back better than it was. They kept me updated with out me having to call and ask questions. I recommend JD Collision to anyone that wants the job done right
