While the staff who was in contact with me and updated me on my car were fine and helpful, the overall experience I had with getting my car back was miserable. I was given different time frames on when it would be ready and even when I was able to pick up my car it seems as though the driver side door was put back incorrectly as it’s been sticking and keeping me from getting out of my car which I find hazardous in the event of an accident or a situation where I would need to evacuate my car quickly
