Maria in the front desk from the 1st call I made to determine if we would be using this shop was kind, and informative. She definitely helped me make my decision of choosing this shop, they were also a preferred location that elephant insurance provided as an option. Joseph was our personal assistant and he was also attentive, respectful and made us feel at ease when we dropped off our vehicle. He kept us up to date and made sure all went smoothly and quicker than expected. Our vehicle looks great. We were even able to get additional services done for a great price and no additional waiting! Thank you guys keep up the good work! God bless!

Everything came out fantastic, just need to be more accurate on pick up date. Had mine change 5 times but overall experience was a 9/10 everyone was real helpful!

JD Collision did not meet my expectations at ALL! Not only were they not professional but they constantly gave me the run around and provided incorrect information and it took almost two months for my vehicle to be ready. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Frustration does not even explain how I feel. But I would never take or recommend any one to this establishment.
