Maria the receptionist has excellent customer service skills! She reached out to my insurance company to help me with my claim and also contacted the car rental company to arrange for someone to pick me up! Joseph at JD collision was wonderful as well! I had originally swung by the building to see if anyone could look at my car. I had driven through paint and it had splashed down the whole passenger side of my vehicle and along the rear. When I came to the repair shop Joseph didn’t have me schedule an appointment to look at my vehicle for a future date. Joseph made himself available and came out to look at my vehicle and even told me that he’d be able to start the repair on my vehicle that very same day! JD collision did a beautiful job on my car and texted me daily updates on the repair progress. Joseph was always available when I called and my car was finished a week ahead of schedule !
