I appreciate the car being fixed great job! FYI I had a lot of sticky stuff on my windshield (inside) also on the driver window. White specs all over on both doors inside and throughout the front. Also something was left in my trunk, I don’t even know what it was some long gadget. So just be mindful for your next customer, thank you.

Didn't receive updates early on, but after I called and found out what the delays were the manager reached out with updates whenever they had any delays or when they made progress.

No one checked for the recall on the car nor was it fixed during the entire time the car was there for all those repairs. When asked about it during pickup, the representative said “I wouldn’t worry about it.” They should’ve checked for recalls as well and repaired them too. Hopefully, my car won’t be stolen again since the recall wasn’t repaired.

The back seat where the window was busted have cuts all in it and they kept my car for so long and never repaired the cuts on the seat

I wish I was called the first time the mirror part was wrong and each time after to explain the delay instead of the site just kept generating the next day pick up 3 to 4 times in a row without explanation. Otherwise they were very polite and kind in person and when I called to find out what happened.
