We also provide free loaners to customers that don't have rental coverage on there policy.

Communication about what was going on was basically nonexistent, I had to keep calling to get updates. Only time I received a phone call was when the car was done and ready to be picked up.

My car looks and drive like she is brand new. I have been a loyal customer of Jeffery Automotive since purchasing my Honda Odyssey over 15 years ago. I've always received the best service. Christian in the service department is caring and treats me like his favorite grandmother. He will only repair what needs to be done. Even when I think I need more, he patiently says 'it is nit time for tis or that, but as soon as it is we will take care of it'. He is so kind and patient with me. Andrea in the repair shop was wonderful! She patiently answered all my questions and I love the app that let's you know about the progress. John picked me and my son up...he is so nice. I had to bring my son because I had not driven in a long time due to illness and wanted him to bring me home in my car.
