We brought our Pacifica in for repairs at Jeffrey's Collision. They kept us updated through the process via text and a few calls. Repairs were completed fairly quickly and look great. The only reason I give a 9 and not a 10 is that the color wasn't matched well and we had to leave it longer to be repainted a few times until it was a match.

Customer service was top tier. Lots of communication and updates and when the paint wasn't a satisfactory match there was no argument just a "We will fix it."

Absolutely 💯 !!! (think'n we've already outlined and/or described our experiences & reasons for our satisfactions). I'm not one for writing reviews, much less even if I might have a complaint. But ... Jeffery's Extra Care and Attention To Detail, has prompted me to make this exception, and to Share and Compliment Jeffery's Collision. From the day our vehicle arrived, on the back of a tow truck, Juanita reached out to advise they had rec'd our van, and will work with my insurance company, AND myself to restore our van to an "As Good or Better" condition, before the collision. The first time I met Juanita, and then Brad, I began to feel the stress lift off of my shoulders. They took on my concerns, accepted our vehicle as their own, and began to access the full extent of the damages. And once my insurance company concured (approve), Jeffrey's began the process of disassembly, and continued to search for any further damages. Due to the fact that our van is relatively new, coupled with it's exceptional low mileage, the availability of parts proved to be a daunting task. Since I remained patient, they were not pressured to react and/or accept replacement parts not properly manufactured for our specific vehicle. Once all the required parts were acquired, the repair and reconstruction process began. I compliment Jeffrey's on how they took the time, especially to straighten the frame, and assure a precise alignment. Not only the alignment concerning the vehicle (underside) tracking, also how the exterior parts matched up before eventually visiting their paint shop. And, even in the paint shop, Brad expressed his expertise to assure an exact tone, in blending the new paint color(s), with the existing color(s). In conclusion, what the tow truck carefully dropped off, Jeffrey's reconstructed, and eventually turned over to us, an absolutely outstanding looking, and operational vehicle. While I had done previous business with Jeffrey's, on their automotive side, this was my first experience with Jeffrey's Collision side of their business. Demonstrating Good Christian Values, I'm Very Pleased with Jeffrey's, for any of my vehicle issues. And will recommend Jeffrey's Automotive & Collision, to my Family, Friends and Our Business Contacts. "🐾&👣".

While not intending to distract nor detour, I did once get to interact with the gentleman tasked with the underside repairs, as well as exterior parts assembly, and their alignment. He initially approched me, to say, it's OK for me to step closer (into the service bay) to inspect, and photograph the repair process. From there, he explained what he had already done, and how he planned to accomplish the complete and entire preparation process, before turning our vehicle over to their paint shop. (my apologies to You Sir, I've forgot your name, but not the fact You too, are a practicing Christian as well).
