After having a repair done in Jeffrey's automotive repair which saved me $300 from up competitors estimate. I decided to have some long overdue hail damage and peeling paint repair done to my Grand Marquis. Andy Jeffrey treated me like family they not only completed the repairs that I requested - they did some of them complimentary and even did some detail work to make my car look new that I had not even mentioned. Needless to say when they were through my car looked brand new. they did so many things above and beyon If I could give Jeffrey's Automotive Repair & Body 10 Stars instead of 5 I would. They definitely have a customer for life.

Loved the customer service. All the personnel are very good to talk to and they take good interest in your issue. Repairs were very good and satisfactory. The only point of critic I would say will be more communication with the customer with updates on their repairs OR having those updates done on the website they send when you first get the car in. Apart from that really good experience.
