Brad was absolutely phenomenal throughout the process of my vehicle being repaired with Jeffrey's Collision Center. He was undoubtedly the unsung hero from start to finish and I am so grateful. I can't speak highly enough about his level of responsiveness, honesty and professionalism. Without hesitation or avoidance, Brad accepted every single phone call I made to him inquiring on the status of my vehicle day by day. Juanita was exceptional as well, always upbeat and professional with letting him know I was on the line. The quality of the actual work was outstanding! The front interior of my vehicle was returned to me immaculately cleaned, as well as the entire exterior. My only regret is not having used Jeffrey's Automotive in past years. For as long as I'm living in the DFW area, I will be using this particular location. I would refer Jeffrey's Collision Center all day, every day and to anyone!

Amazing staff from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable. My car looks amazing. I’m very satisfied and will be back for any service on my car. Being a single mom I was nervous to bring it some where and they made me feel better with their customer service.
