Rick was very thorough - including potential additional repairs that likely would need to be fixed as they disassembled the front in. Rick was very patient with my calls re progress & was sensitive to my needs to have the car back asap. He could not have been nicer & I REALLY appreciate all he did. He & another gentleman made a couple of adjustments at my first visit to the hood so it would close safely. Both were very concerned for my safety. Again, I appreciate their care.

Everything was excellent, they got my vehicle in perfect condition and even fixed scratches that wasn’t part of the reason I brought it in. Everyone was very nice and polite, and the amount of time it took for them to get done was exceptional. Highly recommend them

I qas concerned that our 2016 CRV would never be the same again. After repairing $7,000 in damages, the car looks grear, and appears, so far, to have been restored to its original condition before the accident. The staff, and Jeff himself, had friendly faces, friendly smiles, and friendly words, reassuring us with confidence that the repairs were done completely.
