What I did not like is when I called about getting an estimate, whoever I talked to stated I had to have a claims number from my insurance. He was not going to do an estimate for me unless I had the number. At the time it was just an estimate. I told him today, which was a Friday was the only day I could bring it in for an estimate and if I couldn’t get the claim number I would probably have to go elsewhere which it really don’t bother him.
