My first contact was with Tracey when I called to see if they could get me in for an estimate late Friday afternoon . She was very helpful and told me to bring they would take pictures and get me an estimate as soon as possible. I really appreciated it since it was last minute! Upon arrival I met with James who told me he would stay late to make sure I had an estimate by the end of the day. He was extremely knowledgeable and also very accommodating and friendly! Jeff’s kept me updated at regular intervals and had our car completed in a week. Their work was impeccable! They also worked directly with my insurance company- Erie Insurance- who was equally wonderful. Oh, and did I mention reasonable pricing? I would ABSOLUTELY use Jeff’s again and highly recommended them!!!
