The staff at the front desk and the young lady who took pictures of my truck (I believe she said she was sisters with the young woman at the front desk ) they were both extremely friendly and helpful. I got the feeling from others a sense of judgement about the fact that my truck is older and beat up. I know my truck isnt a new vehicle with a nice paint job or anything but i still drive my children in it and feel that it should have been treated the same as a new vehicle. Yet i found glass pieces in the front floorboard, in the side pocket of the truck, and glass shivers all over the dash board from the replacement of the windshield. Also found my side window would not open upon window replacement. I hate to complain because im grateful for it being fixed but the glass left in the vehicle scares me where my children are concerned.
