Because the repair took too long. While other repair shops only need a week, you require three or four weeks—that's why I'm dissatisfied. Also, some minor details weren't fixed by you.

The only problem I had was I left for vacation on the 10th of May and I didn't get my car back when I was supposed to I get it parts delayed but then when I did pick it up the tires needed to be calibrated and the alignment was off so a little disappointed in that cuz I was another hour wait which I had to go spend money on something to eat so they fixed it I don't know why it wasn't checked before I picked the car up that is my concern

Stacy lied to me and never apologized, when I went to pick up my vehicle I was told the owner would be calling me and I never received a call I would not recommend this place and will not be using them in the future

All the staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, especially the one designated specifically to me, Tina Tall. Tina was joyful, kind. professional and gave updates throughout the process. She was knowledgeable and when picking up my vehicle made sure we reviewed the damaged area for my satisfaction. While we only had two personal encounters, drop off and pick up, she was always smiling. Great job Jenkins Collision and Tina!
