The work is not complete. They have had to order a body part since they were unable to fix the fender without bumps showing.

Since I was directed by my insurer (USAA) to you and only had to pay the deductible, I can make no comment regarding price. From the service side, everything was superb: the repairs, the front office, the daily e-mail updates. And wholly unexpected was the cleaning of the vehicles interior and rear compartment. It looked like the inside had been detailed. It hasn't been that clean since I drove it off the dealer's lot. Cheers!!
