Since I was directed by my insurer (USAA) to you and only had to pay the deductible, I can make no comment regarding price. From the service side, everything was superb: the repairs, the front office, the daily e-mail updates. And wholly unexpected was the cleaning of the vehicles interior and rear compartment. It looked like the inside had been detailed. It hasn't been that clean since I drove it off the dealer's lot. Cheers!!

The work was good but communications was bad.I should've been told from beginning that would probably be 2-3 weeks or more. Last communication said estimated completion date is November 1 and got car today Dec 4th 2 weeks later and when I bought it in, never was told it might take 5 weeks or even 2.
