The facility felt efficient and knowledgeable. It wasn’t overly stuffy. The person I worked with, Art, has a wonderful personality and was able to explain my repairs to me both professionally and at my level of understanding for car repair (none) .

The vehicle looks better when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Of course this makes sense because you replaced the damaged bumper, but I’m mostly talking about the wash and detailing my vehicle received. The care put into the cleaning assures me great care was put into the repair, and my vehicle as a whole. Thank you.

The front desk staff seems, sadly, disengaged from the rest of the operation. While they appear to be competent, they are not warm and welcoming. When I talk to the people who work in the back repair area, I get a lot of enthusiasm from them and a sense that they want customers to be satisfied. The front staff workers, however, seems like they do not feel any sense of ownership for their contribution to the operation of the business.
