The repair quality was excellent, and the finished work looks great. I dropped the vehicle off on August 17 with an original estimate of about nine days and a completion date of August 28. The date was later revised to September 1, then to September 8, and I picked the vehicle up on September 9. I did not contact the shop to expedite the work, and I did not ask my adjuster to follow up, because I did not want to rush the repairs or risk the quality of the finished product. I appreciate that the team took the time to do the job right. Workmanship and appearance were very good. Updates on the status of the repair were helpful. The only area for improvement would be keeping the estimated completion date more consistent. I would recommend Jerry’s Collision and would use the shop again.
