I’m going to try to be level headed here. This is the second time my family has used Jerry’s for repairs and we have been severely disappointed both times. My wife brought her 4 runner in for minor back end damage and it took several weeks and a lack of communication to fix. The worst part is, she had several dollars of loose change that was stolen during the repair. That is unacceptable. My truck took over 6 weeks to repair but the thing that is my issue is the lack of communication. I was stuck being the middle man between your shop and the adjuster to the point where I had to connect you both as I was getting conflicting answers on what would be covered and not. There was damage to the seat that is documented. It was not fixed, I was not made aware about that by your shop or any conversations you have with the adjuster to once I got to your shop to pick up the truck, I was told “no one said anything about that”. Also I was told that the alignment “is probably not damaged” when specifically I asked for that to be checked. Feel free to call me as you have my number to discuss more. I didn’t know this is how you all do business.
