Dealing with the staff was very easy and pleasant. Especially working with Eddy, Wendy, and Susan. They were very helpful, explained and kept me posted on each step of the process. Although I've been taking my Ford truck for service to the dealership where I purchased it. I will now start taking it to Jerry's Ford from the positive and pleasant experience I had. Thank you!
