The bodywork looks great, perfect. The extra effort to get our eyesight camera replaced and working again is much appreciated, and what we hoped we would get from choosing an authorized Subaru repair shop!

The customer service and communication from the Jerry’s team was very good, the experience was not completely satisfying due to Toyota part(s) on back order, which we realize had nothing to do with Jerry’s. And when the car was finally ‘ready’ today, my husband drove it a few miles to the nearby Costco for gas and when he started it back up the engine light was back on requiring him to immediately return to a Jerry’s for additional repair/recalibration, at the dealership. Again, we realize it wasn’t necessarily an issue with Jerry’s but overall very disappointing and dissatisfying.
