I was happy with the job that they did from the hit-and-run accident. What I didn't like was that they went ahead and did my bumper when I asked them for a quote, for a later time, there was no mention of it on the invoice. But on my final bill, the bumper was on there. They were only supposed to fix. The dent and the door handle on the driver's side. And they also did some touch up paint which I wasn't aware that I was gonna be paying for so i'm happy with the work they did , but I was not happy that they took it upon themselves to do my bumper and to charge me for the touch up paint so therefore I will not be recommending the shop to nobody my bill was supposed to be 500.00 my deductible + 172 for door handle , and instead , I got a separate bill for 614.00 so no I'm not satisfied the gentleman told me he must have missed understood me but I feel he did not misunderstand me because I asked if he could give me a quote on my bumper that I could get fixed at a later time.How do you misunderstand that?So no i'm not satisfied
