Would be a 10 but TWICE the bumper arrived damaged, causing a delay in completing the work and leaving me to pick up an extra four days of car rental. People in the front office are delightful, helpful and very pleasant. Again, only issue is the delay caused by parts arriving damaged and the increased cost of the car rental this cost me
