This is my second time working with Jim’s. I chose to go back because I had such a great first experience!

Francisca, the service consultant, was friendly and helpful, and kept me apprised of what was happening. The work itself was flawless, the paint match perfect, and my husband couldn't see where the damage had been fixed.

In general, the job was fine. I did, however, found an air bubble on the bumper that I will now notice.

I picked up the car from Jimâs Auto Body shop Friday night, Jan 25. Jimâs did an excellent job on the collision damage. I had some difficulties stemming from the fact that they disconnected the battery during the repair and did not get all the electronic stuff reset- clock off, radio code lost, and windows not operating properly, These are minor irritants and no big deal. Iâve taken care of all the issues. When I picked up the car on Friday night I drove from Jimâs to the MB dealer to get the radio re-programed and drove home, about 5 miles on the freeway. As I pulled off the freeway I heard something dragging on the ground. I pulled to the side and discovered that the right front plastic fender inside liner had detached from the front bumper and was dragging on the ground and that the bumper cover was torn. I parked the car at home and went to Los Angeles to visit my son & daughter in law for the weekend. On Monday morning I drove directly to Jimâs and complained about the damage. The estimator, Josh, and his supervisor inspected the damage and came to the conclusion that Jimâs was not responsible as there was no way the damage could have occurred while the car was in their custody. Josh and his supervisor reviewed the issue with Jimâs management and Josh called me Monday afternoon to indicate that they would take no responsibility and would not help with the repair. When I left the car at Jimâs on Jan. 2 the fender liner was not detached and not dragging on the ground and I was unaware of any tear in the bumper cover. I had previously scratched the bumper cover on the bottom, but it was not torn. My wife rubbed the bumper against the garage door framing and rubbed some house paint into the bumper, but it was not torn. A close inspection of the tear indicates that it is new and that there is no road dirt on the inside of the tear and there is no road dirt on the frame protected by the fender liner. There is road dirt on the fender lin
