There is a lady at the front desk, I was told her name is Alo. She is the rudest person I have ever spoke to and she even said while speaking to a coworker “someone has to be mean to the customer”

I think eight days for a minor body repair was excessive, but the work was flawless.

Repairs were well done, but care for my car was inadequate. Why was someone’s wet and muddy animal allowed in car, and then not cleaned. How was my car allowed to be scratched on the new paint? Why is a rude receptionist, and one clearly not interested in finding answers to “where is my car in the repair process” or is it even at Joe MACHEN’s? She answered my questions with her ignorance and lack of willingness or the capability to find these answers. My insurance agent found the answers for me.

Repairs seem to be a 10 but communication was not good. Also, Car was delivered dirty inside from what appeared to be a muddy dog in the front passenger seat and all across the back seats. Plus it look like someone scratched the drivers side of the car, starting at the gas tank and continuing across the driver’s door. I did not receive notice that my car was ready to pick up. I called in, and got that message. The person answering said a message was sent 3 days prior to my call, but I never have received it. My lack of response should have triggered a follow up call, with a response from me.

Poor, rude and lacking competence to answer basic questions about my car, even if it was at your facility, and unwillingness to find out, only offering to transfer my call to the body shop, and put me on hold. After 5 minutes on hold, I hung up.
