But, I can not in good conscious put the below comment on Joe Machens. 1st we did not inspect every inch for dings before dropping off, After we picked up our vehicle and a day latter we noticed a small ding on the tail gate. This could have happened before any work was done. Totally my fault for not taking the time

I am very disappointed with this last visit. We had made an appointment to have front bumper realigned. I had a rental car for 1 day only, that was all they needed. I went to pick up my Pathfinder only to find out they never bothered to fix it. Supposedly the induvial that was to work on it had an emergency. Now when they can make time to realign the said bumper I will either have to take off work or rent another car. I am very disappointed with this experience. All they had to do is tell me the truth up front and not lie about how long it will actually take. The excuse is always the same we had the wrong number, funny they have called numbers time before. 573-220-2150
