I was very satisfied with the ladies at the front desk. They gave me all the information I needed to follow up on my repairs. The gentleman Walter kept in contact with us on updates and explained to us on the warranty they offer. All repairs look great! I highly recommend this location.

I really appreciate my car being cleaned inside and out. My sister in the hospital for the last 2 months. She coded for 15 minutes, then had to get her left leg amputated. She is home now. So having the interior of my car cleaned really lifted my spirits after such stressful events. Thank you sincerely!

mostly went well. having enterprise on site is convenient and easy. collision dept. Frank Suiterseemed very experienced knowledgable. at the end we were waiting for the last painting to be done. had the last 2 days of our rental, so we left several messages for Frank to see if the car was ready. after no response, we called a different joe myers number and got a receptionist who said Frank went on vacation! he couldv said someone else will help you as I'll be out if town, but nobody told us. nobody said call someone different. they just happened to say oh your car is ready on the last day I called. what if I hadn't kept calling? Our car seems repaired well, though we wouldv liked to maybe ask a couple of questions or talked to the repair person. when were they gonna call? what if we kept leaving messages only to get no reply? why didn't they give us someone's name that was finishing our repairs while the other person was out? seems a big oversight. gave them the check and they were confused and they didnt want it. i convinced them it was correct (since it had joe myers name on it)and to keep it. got 2 more calls days later by someone else asking for payment! a little unorganized maybe.or untrained
