The biggest issue was the lack of communication. I never received any updates about my car unless I called first. If I hadn’t reached out, I wouldn’t have known what was going on. Even when my car was ready for pickup, no one bothered to notify me and I only found out because I called. The work may have been fine, but the communication was disappointing and needs significant improvement

The estimators/advisors for the service give good customer service. Front desk employees can sometimes be polite but sometimes be passive aggressive and impatient which taints the overall experience with Toyota.
