Here’s a polished short review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience Joe Myers with collision repair shop. Walter was assigned to my case and was fantastic from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The manager also came out to personally meet me, which I really appreciated. The customer service was outstanding, the turnaround time was quick, and the quality of the work was excellent. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Jim handled the repair of my RAV4 after my accident, and he was incredibly communicative, polite, and genuinely knowledgeable. His expertise and experience make him the kind of person anyone would be lucky to have overseeing their car repairs. I take excellent care of my car, so I was really disappointed at first when I learned that Progressive wouldn’t cover Toyota OEM parts and would only approve aftermarket parts. Jim noticed how much that bothered me and went out of his way to price‑match everything so my car could be repaired with all Toyota parts. I’m beyond thrilled and truly grateful for his help.
