I appreciated the twice a week updates and letting me me k ow the progress of the repairs. When the repairs went over the projected date I received a call to let me know the status and new projected completion date. Mr. Jesse addressed any concerns I had. Also my Geico representative Mr. Alvarado did an extremely great job provided the best customer service I've ever received from an insurance adjuster. One last thing I appreciated that everything was provided at this one stop shop and I didn't have to go from one office to another. Thank you all for the wonderful professional service. Mrs. B.
