Joel’s Collision Center is first class all the way!! Everything was explained during the initial appointment, and we were updated daily on progress of repairs to our vehicle. The customer care environment was friendly, professional, and inviting! These high standard(s) reflected the exceptional customer care service, that is second to none! The staff at the appointment customer service desk were polite, efficient, and professional. Paul explained everything in detail, and addressed all of our questions and concerns. In today’s business world, it’s very uplifting to have had the honor of being treated with genuine care and respect! I will recommend your services to friends and family, and have no doubt, if needed, that they will be afforded the same outstanding customer care!

I was very satisfying to keep me posted on my vehicle. It took a little longer due to the fact that the Honda, how to do a diagnostic on it to replace the seatbelt but other than that, I was very pleased. I will recommend them great job and great customer service and staff. Thank you Joseph Bowers
