I would recommend this shop to friends for quality workmanship and good staff. But I’d warn them about that “convenience” fee and unfortunately I think a lot of people wouldn’t take their car here because of it.

The quality of the repair deserves a 10/10 for sure. The van looks amazing and I’m having no issues post repair.

The people deserve 10/10. The staff is very friendly and helpful and kind. They genuinely want to help people. The payment process having to be check or cash to avoid a substantial “convenience fee” is not conducive to a good experience. The repairs also took longer than expected but the shop was great about it and took care of any extra rental. That wasn’t a big problem. Remove that fee for debit/credit! Or allow ACH or something.
