I had a great experience and with Johnson Auto Body. First of all Ford Credit Company was giving me a hard time about signing the check from my insurance so I could get the first pre estimate of work for my truck. Ken H. was on the phone so constantly and consistent to make sure they would just cut the check directly to him so I could get my car without and balance due on my part. As far as Debbie in the front offered to take my deductible payment over the phone while she was at lunch even though I offered to call her after. Also my estimated time was a little longer so they paid for my rental for the remainder of the days that was over the 30 days.
