I was not treated disrespectfully and no one was outwardly unprofessional, I was just disheartened by the set back from the expected completion date and having to take off from work to retrieve my car. That is why its not a "complete" satisfaction.

After the repair was completed, I observed that the rear tail light assemblies stick out from the car body side panel and do not like it did before the repair.
