I was consistently told vehicle would be ready 8/15/16 at 4pm. I called an hour before pickup and was told the vehicle would not be ready for pickup until 8/16/16. I received a call back at 4 to say the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was then not available to pickup the vehicle. I
