There was a total lack of communication from JAB. I ended up receiving the vehicle two weeks later than anticipated and it probably would have been later than that had I not involved Liberty Mutual. JAB was NOT a good representation for Liberty Mutual. I hope to never have need of JAB services again, but if it came to that, I would insist on using another facility.
