I chose this shop due to repairs on personal vehicle. They did a great job. I recommended them to everyone. After this time, it is much less likely.

The paint on the hood has some orange peel. The new hard tonneau cover, although more expensive is very cheaply made. It is by far not as secure, or water resistant as the original. I understand the original was OEM parts, but other after market manufactures make them much better, and cheaper. The rear door vent shades are installed uneven. The sanding dust in the cab was not removed.

I would rate my car repair and clean-up a 10. I would rate the receptionist a 1. From the time I dropped my car off on Sunday evening, May 31, until I picked it up, July 15, I received one call from your company. June 1, called to make sure you had all info needed. I called to question status of the repair and a gentleman called me back, June 3, to say parts had to be ordered and the car would probably be ready Friday, June 15. I called that Friday morning to check to see if my car was ready and I was told it needed to go through final inspection and someone would call me that afternoon. Per my phone call log, NO calls received from your company that day or any other unidentified number. Then I received survey requests from Geico, as well as your company, over the weekend and that told me someone did not do their job. When I didn't get a call Monday morning, I called at10:13 am. and your receptionist gave me 3 different excuses as to why I was not contacted - you didn't answer, someone picked up and then hung up, I called and phone just cutoff. When I said I did not receive any calls, NO apology given, just "well your car us ready". I wonder, if I had NOT called, would she have called me at all? THAT COST AN EXTRA 3 DAYS FOR CAR RENTAL FOR GEICO AND 3 EXTRA DAYS INSURANCE COVERAGE I HAD TAKEN OUT THROUGH ENTERPRISE @ $17.99 PER DAY. I waited to submit this survey until I received receipts for charges to my credit card. It would have been a totally different narrative had I been charged for the rental, as well. Both if us should be reimbursed...

Fantastic service! Everyone from the front desk was so kind and had me laughing (even in a very stressful situation). The guys I spoke to in the back were so polite and didn't speak down to me. I didn't realize that a pirate hat from last Halloween had been lost beneath the seats- when I picked up my car, it had been placed very neatly in the middle of the back seat. I hope it gave someone a chuckle, at least!
