I am very satisfied with the work that has been done. However, I am still waiting to hear that the part that needs to be replaced has been received and an appointment is made for me to have it installed

I am not in a position at this particular point in time to reply. Upon inspection, it was discovered that there was a part that was not replaced that should have been. At this time I am waiting to hear that part has arrived and an appointment is made for me to bring the car in or is replacement. Once that is done, I will be in a much better position to take this survey.

I have been using Jordan Valley Auto Body for over 6+ years. Overall, I have always satisfied with the work performed by them! They did get my truck done earlier than estimated time, which was awesome! They did a great job on the bed of my truck including paint match! After driving off, I did find paint over spray on (L) & (R) sunroof glass from having repaired the missing paint on the roof area. I also had white hand prints on front and rear headliner. As the owner of an auto detailing company I did not worry about bringing this up as I can fix these issues myself, but watch out for other clients. Communication was also actually really slow compared to previous experiences. I also had 2 other phones connected to my truck radio as well. I do know this was cleared since I bought the vehicle 5 days prior to bringing into the shop as well. Overall, this will not detour me from using them in the future.
