Richard Daum was professional and wonderful to work with. My father passed away one day after dropping my car off for body repair. I called to ask if he could have repairs completed in time for us to use the car for my father's funeral. Richard kept us updated every step of the way and we were able to get the car in time. Everyone was so genuinely nice! I had complete confidence in them just based on the way the treated us when they processed the insurance estimate. Richard was great! He explained everything, kept us up to date and made the whole process very easy. My car was even spotless on the inside when I picked it up!
