I had two vehicles in at the same time, my pickup was first, not only was it done in record time but the up dates, the workmanship, and the true care in making sure it was perfect really impressed me. My wife's car is in now. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do Joseph will my only call, thanks to Jeff, Richard and the whole group for a job extremely well done!!

Jeff and his team are complete pros. This visit was the latest in a line of multiple visits with several different vehicles. Every time I leave very satisfied with my experience. I love the new communication system with the text messages. Would like it even more if pictures of the progress were sent along with the update. The ease of the checkout process was also very welcome. If all of that wasn't enough, in true Cadiillac fashion, my car was washed and vacuumed before I picked it up. Absolute A++ job!
