It's a very good facility. People are friendly and very knowledgeable. Would like weekend hours, if even just for car pickup on Saturday's.

Only collision repair facility I trust my automobiles to. That being said, I was a little disappointed in the paint "touch ups" I asked to be done on the left front fender and front passenger door. Looks like the scratches were just painted over and not really sanded down and properly prepared. All other work was excellent!

Was in constant communication with Chris, the shop manager. Very important aspect of the experience for me. The bar is set high from the prior manager, Jeff Shelton.

The quality of work is very good. I appreciated Chris’s communication and custom service skills. Can do a little better about scheduled timing. I think paint shop became the issue for delay on return

The Joseph Subaru service department had just shown me physical damage to my 2025 Forester 's rear bumper that took out several sensors. I had thought the "sensor disabled "notice was a simple electronic failure as I not had any accident with the car but I then learned that there's a Kroger shopper out there who should be ashamed for not so much as leaving me a note of apology for their lousy parking skills. SO - It was not a good day for me when I entered the Joseph Collision Center . I much appreciated Chris's professionalism and quick response ; inspecting the car and giving me a damage estimate for my Subaru that same day I showed up unexpectedly in the office. Both he and Brandon were great helps to me in working with my insurance claim. Special thanks to Brandon for following up with insurance and keeping me in the loop with updates on a timely basis. They got my car in, repaired and back to me in the timeframes promised - and their relationship with the local Enterprise car rental was most convenient. Joseph Collision Center made my unexpected/unpleasant need for repairs more bearable- so thanks!
