Excellent repair of the damaged area and you couldn't see anything that suggests it was ever damaged. Paint job blended in perfectly. I was very pleased.

All in all, I’m very satisfied with the service I received in the repair of my vehicle. However, the issue of overspray on my windshield and on the body of the car in general was unsatisfactory. Greg and the rest of the staff did a good job of communication. Greg addressed the issue of overspray on the windshield when brought to his attention. I will have to wax the rest of the vehicle to remove the clearcoat overspray, which is unfortunate.

The crash damage repair was fine, the car when picked up was not cleaned, with the windshield and windows covered in dust and grime. There is a tape mark on the driver's side passenger door which was not cleaned leaving noticeable marks.

Generally good communications during the repairs which lasted four weeks. On several occassions when Greg mentioned he would update the progress on Tuesday's and Thursday's the latter update never happened.

Everybody I spoke with was very attentive to my inquiry and followed up regularly so I didn’t have to guess the status of my repair
