The body repair had its issues with paint work which were mostly corrected after a return visit. My biggest concern was a lack of overall care and quality when in possession of my vehicle. Multiple spots of excessive body filler, polish and overspray left on vehicle even after a return visit. Also added damage to interior door panel, exterior plastics and paint that was no where near original damage. Not worth the time or hassle to deal with another return visit. Will not recommend this body shop to anyone looking for body work/collision repairs.

The work performed on my car was flawless. You can’t even tell anything happened in the first place. I am super happy! Zach, the front desk manager, was super helpful and knows his stuff. This is for sure the best collision center in the entire Shenandoah Valley.

Zach and the folks at Safford Collision could not have treated me and my vehicle any better. I am totally satisfied with the extensive work they did on my Acura RDX. I had an accident in Winchester VA on my return trip to Florida and Safford handled every detail long distance as if I was around the corner. I highly recommend their work and truly value their absolute integrity.

The older gentleman who was at the desk at drop off and who seems to be the manager was not friendly. He was abrupt and never smiled. He just stared at us when we walked in, did not say “Hello, welcome, etc” and we had to approach the desk and state what we were there for. He was in the office when we picked the car up and I was glad we didn’t have to interact with him again. The young man who called to say the car was ready, and who did the check out paperwork was excellent. Very friendly, great customer service.
