I had some questions regarding my truck. I was told there was multiple codes that came and picked up yet they said they were cleared then not fully explained nor mentioned previously. I also concerned about my mileage as I dropped the vehicle off with 147644 miles on the odometer and upon pickup it was 148033 which is over 300 miles. I understand that may be a test drive but it seems like my truck waa taken on a joy ride. With that being said my truck was supposedly washed and when I picked it up it had mud slashed all on the driver side wheel wells, fenders, and running board. Where did the mechanic go for a joy ride in my truck? A mud hole?

Amazing experience!! Highly recommend Sterling Collision Center. 10 stars! First, Bud and Mario are awesome to work with, but I mostly worked with Mario. Mario was knowledgeable about the damage to my vehicle, showed me on the car lift where the damage was, discussed the parts that needed to be replaced, helped me understand the timeline for repair, showed me the cost for the parts, gave me a quote for overall cost, and had excellent communication. The best part was the overall cost was exactly what was quoted. Secondly, the turnaround time from start to finish was faster than I expected. I called on a Tuesday morning, I had an estimate done on Tuesday afternoon, and my vehicle was completed by Friday that same week! I was expecting at least a week or more for ordering/delivering parts and the actual labor, but was delightfully surprised that it was done so quickly. Third, the communication was great throughout the process. Phone calls from Mario were helpful and text messages about the status were reassuring. Sterling Collision Center is the best option for car repair because they were professional, honest, and trustworthy.
